The Dos and DONTs of Work from Home
It’s been a while since we all have been working from home and it looks like it’s going to be this way for a while. But hey, working from home is a blessing in disguise. You’re safer at home, you’re more comfortable, you save a lot of commuting time and you get more work done. However, it is essential to remember that we all are a little new to this “work from home” idea and thus, it’s important to understand where we’re going right and where we’re going wrong:
Firstly, it’s important to eat healthy and be healthy. These current times have brought to light the need for one to be in a good shape and have a perfectly balanced diet. Consuming an optimum amount of vitamins and nutrients has become a must and now that we are working from home, it’s easier for us to monitor what we eat and how much we eat. It is essential to have a strong immunity to combat the various diseases out there.
However, we shouldn’t keep snacking while working. One of the perks of work from home is the availability of food items whenever we want. Usually, people become habitual to snacking while working; and that, is not a healthy habit. Most snacks have a few health benefits and instead are filled up with calories. We shouldn’t let snacking become a habit. Instead, try and have a fixed schedule for your meals; and for any mid-meals cravings you can consume something healthy like bottle of PoSHn Recharge filled with the goodness of Green-tea, Ginseng and a lot of Tropical fruits.
Drinking a lot of fluids is a must! We often forget to hydrate ourselves when working from home, but we mustn’t forget how important the consumption of liquids is for us. When working from home, make sure you don’t overwork yourself. In these times it’s very easy for an individual to skip the 8-hour sleep because of work related reasons. Sitting at one spot and working the entire day is not very good for your body, and so, try and keep moving a little every couple of hours, especially after having a meal.
